1. All Sales are Final: Once a purchase is made, all sales are considered final. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, and any concerns should be addressed promptly through our customer support.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit: All customers are required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 upon placing an order. This deposit secures your order and initiates the production process.

3. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within one week of placement, provided that the bar has not been built at our workshop during this time. A cancellation request beyond this period may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

4. Craftsmanship and Material Warranty: Bars to Yards products are sold “as is, where is,” and are accompanied by a 90-day warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. Any concerns regarding defects should be reported within the warranty period.

5. Copyright and Trademarks: Bars to Yards is a licensed domain, and all rights are reserved unless written permission has been provided. The content, designs, and trademarks associated with Bars to Yards are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Design and Material Modifications: Bars to Yards reserves the right to make necessary changes and modifications to the design and materials of all Bars to Yards listed products. We continuously strive to enhance our products to meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

7. Natural Variations: Like all natural building products, variations in size, appearance, texture, and density may occur. While we make every effort to source premium materials with minimal natural defects, occasional imperfections such as knots, grain abnormalities, finish variations, texture, and color variations may be present in our finished products. These natural variations are considered part of the product’s “character.”
